The Israeli diamond industry is embracing social networking to promote Israeli diamonds. At the JCK show in June, the Israel Diamond Institute launched the Israeli diamond industry YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/user/israelidiamond. The first diamond center channel is part of IDI’s “Together Works” marketing initiative, which also includes an industry blog, Facebook page, Linkedin group, and Twitter feed. All can be accessed from the Israeli diamond industry portal, www.israelidiamond.co.il.
